This data is processed to create and manage your account, to run the service's features (collection, game nights, the Referee and Marco assistants, friends) and to manage the subscription, on the basis of the performance of the contract between you and us. The cost of using the assistants and the free plan's credits are also recorded for each account, in order to apply the monthly usage limits.
Your data may be shared with our technical subcontractors: Railway (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails: password reset, friend and game night invitations) and an artificial intelligence provider to run the assistants. These providers only use your data for the needs of the service.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. If your account is deleted, it is deleted or anonymized, subject to the retention periods required by law (in particular for accounting and tax purposes).
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You can change your username directly from the “My account” page, or contact us at support@meepla.fun to exercise these rights.
The site uses a cookie strictly necessary for authentication (keeping your session) and a cookie that remembers the language you chose. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser. No audience measurement or advertising cookies are used.
